Domestic Shipping Policy:

FREE Carbon-Neutral Shipping on all orders over $60.

For orders under $60 in value, we charge $9.95 shipping flat rate.

For deliveries in Australia, please allow five working days for delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few more days. In any event, we have no control over ultimate delivery times once the goods have been despatched.  If we become aware that there may be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via the contact details you have provided to us.

Our deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions set out on our website.  We do not accept responsibility for damage caused in the post or by a carrier.  You may, nevertheless, have a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law in some circumstances, and these rights are summarised on our website.

INTERNATIONAL

Due to an overwhelming response, we now ship to the  U.S.A, Canada & Japan for $24.95. Please allow 5-20 days for your favourite toothpastes to arrive.

Please note, your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. ROCC Naturals is not liable, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control.

Returns Policy:

Breach of a consumer guarantee

If a ROCC Naturals product fails to comply with a consumer guarantee, you have the right under the Australian Consumer Law to ask us for a replacement or refund.  The remedy you’re entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.

If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose whether to give you a replacement or a refund. If you have a major problem with the product, you can choose whether you want a replacement or refund.

You will be responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned, but you are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us if the product is confirmed to have a problem.

If a product is too large or difficult to post, we will arrange shipping or collection within a reasonable time, but we are entitled to claim a refund of these expenses if the product is found not to have a problem.

All other cases

In any other situation, if for whatever reason ROCC Naturals products do not meet your standards, we will still offer you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods (we need a few days to get over the shock you didn’t like us!).

Please email us at hello@roccnaturals.com.au if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. Please be sure to include the reason why we did not meet your standards (we're always working on ourselves).

We require you in these situations to take responsibility for returning the product at your own cost, and we will arrange for a refund to your account.
