Returns Policy:

Breach of a consumer guarantee

If a ROCC Naturals product fails to comply with a consumer guarantee, you have the right under the Australian Consumer Law to ask us for a replacement or refund.  The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.

If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose whether to give you a a replacement or a refund. If you have a major problem with the product, you can choose whether you want a replacement or refund.

You will be responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned, but you are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us if the product is confirmed to have a problem.

If a product is too large or difficult to post, we will arrange shipping or collection within a reasonable time, but we are entitled to claim a refund of these expenses if the product is found not to have a problem.

All other cases

In any other situation, if for whatever reason ROCC Naturals products does not meet your standards, we will still offer you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods (we need a few days to get over the shock you didn’t like us!).

Please email us at hello@roccnaturals.com.au if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. Please to be sure to include the reason why we did not meet you standards (we always working on ourselves).

We require you in these situations to take responsibility for returning the product at your own cost, and we will arrange for a refund to your account.
